Returns Policy
At FONENIX STUDIO, we place particular emphasis on product quality and the secure packaging of every order. As our products include ceramics and other fragile items, please read the following return policy carefully.
30-Day Return Policy
Our customers have the right to request a product return within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
For a return to be accepted:
- the product must be in its original condition,
- must not have been used,
- must not have been damaged,
- and must be returned in its original packaging, where possible.
Free Return Label
FONENIX STUDIO provides a free return label for approved returns within Greece.
Before any return, the customer must contact us via email to receive instructions and the relevant return label.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Fragile Products & Shipping Responsibility
Ceramic and decorative products are considered fragile items and require special care during transport and handling.
FONENIX STUDIO makes every effort to ensure that all products are packaged securely and professionally before shipping.
Products Received Broken or Damaged
If a product is received broken, cracked, or visibly damaged during transit, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For the request to be considered, the following are required:
- photos of the product,
- photos of the packaging,
- and the order number.
After confirming the problem, FONENIX STUDIO may proceed with:
- product replacement,
- a refund,
- or sending a new product at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibility During Return
The customer is responsible for:
- the safe repacking of the product,
- and the proper preparation of the package for return.
The company is not responsible for damages that may occur during the return due to insufficient or improper packaging by the customer.
In the event that the returned product is received broken or damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be partially or fully rejected.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- products that have been used,
- products with visible signs of wear from use,
- products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling,
- or products without adequate protective packaging upon return.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is approved and processed via the original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or the customer's bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
After shipment, the return policy applies normally.
